The proposal of commercial complex located on cross junction of himmatnagar and gandhinagar highway consists of shopping on ground and first floor and offices on upper two floors. The central portion of the complex is covered with canopy to provide a feeling of enclosure. The canopy is supported by column in fabrication. The architectural design is inviting for the people passing through the junction.

The brown box encloses the upper two floor of the complex and provide a grandeur befitting to the site.
